System is equipped with an integral dust collector that automatically turns on when the dump station door is opened, keeping dust from the bag opening away from the operator. Dust collected on the static-conductive filters is pulsed automatically into the bottom of the bag dump station so that no material is lost. A magnetic grate retains unwanted ferrous material.
An optional LoadLifterTM can be integrated to aid in the lifting of heavy bags from pallets and placing them onto the grate. A bag compactor can be connected to either side, safely containing and compacting empty bags. System can be used in any configuration including pneumatic conveying, aero-mechanical and flexible screw conveying, or gravity feed into the process.
