Today, Rulmeca presents a new transom design and a new product range.
New Rulmeca frames were completely re-designed. Thanks to the solution with tubular cross-member, the new Rulmeca transoms keep the same strength & mechanical performance, but with a relevant mass reduction and so they are lighter on the conveyor structure.
All the transom components (supports and brackets) were completely re-engineered to provide an optimized design, for every load condition.
The new Rulmeca frames are designed and tested to withstand the most severe conditions: cross-member size starts from Ø 40 up to Ø 90 mm.
The new side supports design prevent the build-up of material, protecting the rollers from the intrusion of foreign particles, thanks to the “Anti-blocking” shape of the brackets.
The correct displacement of rollers and supports for unidirectional frames is guaranteed by the tilt angle, obtained simply by rotating of the proper angle the supports around the cross-member.
Traditional bolted fixing brackets are available or a practical clamps, which does not require holes on the conveyor structure supporting frame.
