Food Processing & Packaging Mobility with Mobile Vacuum Conveying Systems
VAC-U-MAX Mobile Vacuum Conveying Systems offer ease-of-mobility for applications requiring access to hard-to-reach processing and packaging areas.

The system incorporates an adjustable suction wand where the operator introduces the product to the vacuum system. The mobile frame incorporates the vacuum producer, conveying product from handfuls to 5,000 pounds pr/hr (2,268 kg/hr).

The vacuum receiver is hoisted for easy up-and-down mobility, to a height of at least 91 inches (231 cm) at the discharge point. Vacuum receivers include replaceable inlet assemblies, easy access to filters, pulse filter cleaning, and fully opening discharge valves.

The control panel is mounted on the rolling frame and handles the convey, discharge, and filter cleaning functions of the system. The system is USDA-accepted, and all vacuum receivers meet the rigid requirements of the food and pharmaceutical industries.
