Aero-Mechanical Conveyors (AMCs) are as strong as their rope assemblies. Maintain the correct rope tension on a high quality rope assembly and it will run for between three and five thousand hours.
The Hygienic Aero – Mechanical Conveyor is fitted with an electric actuator that allows operators to tension the rope assembly at ground level. Complete this essential maintenance in minutes using a push button station adjacent to the quick access feed housing.
Complement a low maintenance automated operating system with Floveyor’s AISI 329 and PolyMag variant rope assemblies. These FDA approved assemblies are engineered to protect product integrity in high-end food applications. The injection-moulded polyurethane material contains an additive that enables contamination detection by inline process metal or x-ray detection equipment.
Furthermore, the SS329 wire has four times the magnetic detection capacity of standard SS304 wire.
