The F-Series cage mill crusher features a unique flared discharge opening, efficiently reducing wet and sticky materials without clogging. Very high first-pass yields are possible with cage mills and may reduce the need for screening. Single-, two-, four- or six-row cage mills can deliver coarse, medium-fine, and fine products. Capacities from six to 300 TPH are available.

Stedman offers many configurations of industrial Hammer Mill grinders specifically for the fertilizer industry. The pulverizing technique of a hammer mill grinder and perforated screens or grate bars reduce soft to medium-hard materials to finished particle sizes. Capacities from one to 300 TPH are offered.

Single- and dual-row chain mills are the cost-effective crushing solution to break up agglomerations or lumps. Useful for superphosphate, triple-superphosphate granular, and conventional fertilizer tailings. The simple design features a high-strength housing, simple chain rotor, and low-maintenance impact curtain. 

The Aurora dual-rotor crusher features a dual-shaft design that produces a higher throughput and smaller particles. Rotor speed, rotor direction, cutter design, and screen opening size of lump breaking machines all factor into fine-tuning the final salt and crystalline product.
