The project focused on the melting process of cocoa paste and butter, utilizing two specialized systems engineered for high energy and thermal efficiency: a 900-liter horizontal shaft paste melter capable of melting up to 15 cocoa paste blocks within just 15–20 minutes, and a butter melter with the capacity to process 10 blocks in the same time frame. Both systems maintain steady performance even in high-demand production environments.
These units are supported by an advanced hot water production and circulation system, ensuring optimal thermal transfer and increased overall efficiency. Additionally, a central electronic control panel allows for precise temperature adjustment and consistent processing conditions, guaranteeing product quality.
The solution was developed entirely by VRAYKOS, covering all phases, from engineering and design to construction, installation, and technical support, ensuring optimal functionality, operational safety, and consistent product quality.
