Flexicon Bulk Bag Filler Speeds Packaging at Kennedy Rice Mill

Kennedy Rice in Mer Rouge, Louisiana converts over 136,000 metric tons per year of rough rice into polished white rice and packages increasing amounts of it in bulk bags.

To meet current and future demand, the company installed a patented Twin-Centerpost bulk bag filler from Flexicon that maximizes strength and improves accessibility to bag hooks while simplifying construction and reducing cost.
