In the field of screening technology, Allgaier Process Technology will be presenting a new screening machine, the MSizer Compact.

Based on state-of-the-art simulation methods and numerous complex tests under extreme conditions in the Technical Center, a technically advanced design is developed, which stands out due to its exceptional robustness and compact design. By means of an optimized excitation of the screen decks, screening qualities and quantities is improved with large throughputs, compared to the previous design.

The MSizer Compact consists of 1 to 4 screen decks with a length of up to 1,3 m and depending on size and throughput demands a width of 0,5 to 2m. Up to five fractions are possible per screening process. Thanks to the optimized inclination, individual particles of the bulk material can hardly be caught in the meshes while screening. Depending on the screen structure, fines of 200 micrometers and coarse products up to 40 millimeters can be processed.

Additional advantages accompanying the optimized design of the MSizer is smaller and lighter motor for the same machine output, meaning less power consumption as well as less dynamic forces in the surrounding structures and buildings.

Further focus of the new design is on simplified handling and fast screen change. Solid and lightweight hoods made of composite material with quick-release closure allow quick access to screens as well as inspection and maintenance work, meaning shorter downtimes.  The modular design of the MSizer simplifies transport and ensures rapid assembly and start-up.
