A number of engineers from Dinnissen Process Technology are trained in the use of Virtual Reality in order to already provide the customer an experience of the new plant. They walk together virtually through the factory, which still only consists of bits and bytes.
These Systems offer a wide variety of options to meet specific bag sizes, bag handling requirements, and material characteristics. Systems are specifically designed to provide an easy, clean and economical way to discharge the entire contents of bulk and semi-bulk bags, particularly in applications where the bulk material is less than free-flowing.
Bulk bags (or FIBCs) have increased in popularity significantly over the past few decades due to the reduction in packaging and transportation costs. However as more companies move and store materials in bulk bags, some struggle to discharge agglomerated or hardened solid material.
Dust generated from bag slitting, dumping and compaction is isolated from the operator and plant environment by means of a glove box enclosure with strip curtain and an integral bag compactor with sealed infeed chute, all maintained under negative pressure by a rear-mounted dust collector.
