Feeders are of great importance in bulk material handling systems since feeders control the solid flow rate. When feeders stop working, the solids flow rate will come to an end.
Customer-driven features include quick and easy disassembly, a dual-arm agitation system for maximizing material handling versatility, and an FDA compliant EPDM feed hopper that is disposable and recyclable.
The dry substances you work with, sometimes don’t have a natural flow. The accurate dosing of these substances is therefore often a challenge. In conventional machines screws and stirring arms are applied to dose the dry substances.
The production of baby diapers and personal hygiene products is a continuous process with one of the most critical tasks being the accurate, uniform and even distribution of SAP onto the fast-moving band of cellulose or bi-component fiber.
Concrete and mortar manufacturers often use steel transportation screws coated with polyurethane. Among other things, this coating prevents abrasion and corrosion. Many maintenance problems arise from the use of these steel screws.
