Twin Shaft Paddle Mixer For Cement-Based Building Materials, New Range of “MIX” Ploughshare Mixers with Extractable Rotor Shaft, Twin-Shaft Batch Mixer from BHS Used on Major Construction Site in Stuttgart, Controlling Hazards; FIBCs in Potentially Hazardous Atmospheres.
Always attentive to the needs of its Customers, MIX developed a new range of industrial mixers equipped with the fully extractable rotor shaft. This innovative solution enables the operator to easily access any point inside the mixing chamber and allows obtaining the complete cleaning of the mixing wall and the rotor shaft.
The concrete manufacturer Godel-Beton based in Stuttgart, Germany, has been relying on the tried-and-tested twin-shaft mixing technology from BHS-Sonthofen for decades – and is currently counting on its expertise in the Stuttgart 21 project.
PerMix has recently supplied our PFB 3000 model for the production of dry mixes of cement-based building materials. The Twin Shaft Paddle Mixer is capable of preparing a homogeneous mixture despite of particle size, shape and density, and is able to achieve very fast, high capacity, thorough, precision mixing of either dry bulk solids or solid with liquid.
The movement of product during filling or emptying of FIBC bags can generate a large amount of electrostatic charge. The Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container (FIBC) causes an electrostatic charge of equal intensity, on the inner surface, but with an opposite polarity on the outer surface.
