The Conveyors are accurately balanced to minimize the needs for costly foundations and to avoid any sideways movements in the pan, allowing close coupling between the conveyor and the processing unit.
The Conveyors are designed to withstand the thermal cycling of the ovens under which they are installed. The trough is manufactured from high grade stainless steel, to meet the food industry standards and it is significantly thicker than other conveyors in the market, to ensure that a flatness tolerance of +/- 1 mm can be maintained.
This flatness, in association with thermo-glide ovens and the high stroke capability of the toaster conveyor, ensures a linear and uniform product bed depth that results in in evenly cooked product at market leading final quality.
Various surface finishes are available for the trough surface to help convey the product as required; it is also possible to control the frequency and displacement (stroke) of the conveyor to meet various process needs and product changes.
The Conveyors are designed to reduce product entrapment points and can be washed down as required.
