Numerous bulk materials of different structure are filled into bags. For this purpose, we have developed the gross weigher BE 25, which can be used stationary and movable. You can fill different types of products such as cereals, various foodstuffs, additives, animal feed, plastics, etc.
Depending on the requirements, the filling spout is provided with a flange for different spouts. This can be supplemented with a handbag, a pneumatic bag clamp for open mouth bags with gussets or even a valve bag. The bag chair is height-adjustable and can be supplemented with a bag compressor. Depending on the product and bag filling weight, 80 – 120 bags per hour can be reached in open or valve bags. If the welding device is used to close the open bags next to the filling spout, capacities of up to 160 bags per hour are possible.
