The 2027 Sweets & Snacks Expo takes place from 18 to 20 May 2027 at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis. The annual confectionery and snack trade show is organised by the National Confectioners Association.
What is on show
The NCA describes it as the largest confectionery and snack event in North America, bringing industry professionals together to see product innovations, attend education sessions on category trends and meet buyers.
Scale
The organiser reports that the 2026 edition in Las Vegas welcomed 17,500 registrants and 1,000 exhibitors.
Schedule
Show-floor hours are 10:00 to 17:00 on 18 and 19 May and 09:00 to 13:00 on 20 May. A Supplier Showcase runs as a pre-show day on 17 May and continues on 18 May.
Change of city
The show moves from the Las Vegas Convention Center to the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis.
Relevance for bulk solids handling
The main floor is finished retail product, but the Supplier Showcase covers ingredients and processing and packaging suppliers, where sugar, cocoa powder, flour and starch handling is in scope.
