Operating in dense phase, the pneumatic conveying systems are designed to safely and gently transfer a wide range of bulk powders at low velocities such as NMC, and others used in lithium-ion battery manufacturing. A proprietary coating applied throughout the conveyor interior provides extra wear resistance for smooth transfer of the abrasive materials without concern for product contamination due to metallic wear.
Gericke also designs and manufactures feeders, mixers, bulk bag unloaders, and other companion equipment proven suitable for battery manufacturing. Material and equipment testing are offered in the company’s test laboratories.
