SCHÄFFER Verfahrenstechnik GmbH is specialised in the manufacture of low-maintenance component parts, aggregates and units for the field of bulk material processing technology. We are highly specialised in the handling of dry bulk materials from all areas of everyday life such as gravel, sand, cement, ash, limestone, sugar, salt, powder, plastik granulates etc.
For more than 30 years, we realize “Mechanical Bulk Material Technology” such as bulk material handling valves, rotary and slide valves, fine dosing devices, discharge equipment (e.g. our Vibrating Siloblaster), cutting rotary valves, two- and three-way distributors, loading equipment, screw conveyors, twin-shaft mixing screws, lump and agglomerate crushers, screw heat exchangers and many more machines.
SCHÄFFER Verfahrenstechnik GmbH is certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 and due to the additional testing and certification in accordance with the European Explosion Protection Directive 94/4/EC (ATEX), Appendix IV (Quality Assurance in Production), Schäffer Verfahrenstechnik GmbH is also in a position to manufacture purpose-built units that conform with the special ATEX requirements.
Currently 35 highly-qualified and motivated employees are engaged in service, sales, purchasing, construction and manufacturing.
