Vacuum packaging of ultrafine powders

I’m looking for general advice on existing technologies/suppliers that specialize in vacuum packing of ultrafine powders.

We run a process producing fine powders (D10 =2 micron, D50 = 7.5micron, D90 = 12 micron). For all intents and purposes, it can be considered akin to carbon black; quite light and fluffy. Our customers desire that we provide our product in 15kg, vacuum sealed bags. Scale of the operation is moderate, looking to service about 1500 TPA. Needless to say, most vacuum packaging systems don’t deal with this requirement directly, given the difficulty of dusting, and the challenge of keeping powder out of the vacuum system.

We have an existing, gravity system feeding controlled masses of material into bags already, so would wouldn’t need to consider material conveyance, and can rely, potentially, on the existing dosing system, but would also consider replacing it if there were not sensible way to integrate them.

I have found potentially viable options from companies like Premier technologies (Vacuum valve bag filler), and Greif Velox, but would like to

We have an able team of engineers that can make technical specifications and assessments, but, this form of packaging is new to the business, and I expect there is pre-existing experience and expertise with this challenge that we could leverage explore.

Are you able to recommend/suggest;
Most salient technical considerations that potential suppliers should know.
The most appropriate type of technology that could be used for this.
Tried and proven industrial suppliers for this sort of requirement. Ideally based or with offices in Asia (Korea, Japan), but any international partners would be considered too.
Anything else that might help short circuit the learning curve in entering this area.

Any suggestions or contributions would be appreciated.
