The system ensures precise control by constantly monitoring the material discharge. If the flow exceeds the target tonnage, the integrated frequency converter automatically adjusts the motor speed to restore accuracy. The same applies in the opposite direction when the discharge rate is too low – guaranteeing consistent throughput at all times.
In addition, by continuously tracking the remaining bunker weight, the system provides timely fill-level notifications, ensuring reloading takes place at exactly the right moment.

The shared support structure holds the bunker and the Vibratory Trough Conveyor BDC. The support also contains the Weighing Unit WU monitoring the discharge process and sends the signal to the control unit. The Weighing Unit WU includes vibratory and shock resistant load cells built by notable European suppliers. This ensures precise discharging and exact loading down to the pound.
The needed bunker volume, trough width and length is free of choice and suited to the application. The conveying trough, but also the bunker can be equipped with bolted in wear plates, either made of manganese steel or synthetics. Noise insulating lining can be inserted in between. Furthermore it is possible to have PU spray plating on the surfaces.
