In addition to process performance, service friendliness has been a key focus. The large vessel lid with electromechanical linear drives allows quick, safe and thorough access to the mixing chamber.
The large vessel lid is equipped with electromechanical linear drives that ensure a controlled and symmetrical opening movement on both sides. Unlike manual hydraulic systems that are typically operated on one side only, this design provides improved handling and a higher level of operational safety. In the event of a failure, the lid remains securely in position and does not move unintentionally.
