These intensive mixers are intended for the mixing of dry powders and granulates – the shape of our PHR blades creates a tri-dimensional movement of the various particles in the vessel resulting in very short dispersion time.
Our range is divided into two categories:
- mixers for batch processes – MIB models
- mixers for continuous processes – MIC models
This specific MIB mixer has been designed to mix metallic powders. It has a 400L useful volume with vessel and mixing tools made of Stainless Steel 316L. It also features 2 side highspeed choppers, tungsten carbonate hard facing on the tools and in-wall wear resistant shields on the vessel. The discharge system is a unique gate here, but the mixer can also be equipped with full discharge door: the bottom of the vessel opens entirely to insure residue-free emptying, quick-acting discharge and leak-proof solution.
Other options can be added such as Cleaning in Place (CIP) systems, liquid spraying system, sampling system and heating/cooling devices.
The Intensive blade mixer can be used in various applications such as dry mortars, tile adhesives, metallic powders, food industry, animal feeds, treatment of contaminated soil, mines and quarries.
