Lorenz Roller Gates provide a dust-tight seal in high cycle gravity flow applications for up to 36” configurations.

The unique blade bonnet seal keeps the blade clean each cycle and the cam rollers are adjustable maintaining a tight seal in operation.

Standard Features:

  • Available in round, square or other custom configurations
  • 14 gauge 304 stainless blade
  • Temperature rated for 82° C /180° F
  • Sizes 1.5” up to 14”
  • Active compression seals
  • High cycle frequency
  • Mounts horizontally or vertically

Options:

  • Special Service Inlets to direct product flow
  • Available in Stainless Steel, Aluminum or Carbon Steel
  • Pneumatic, electric or manual actuation
  • Sealed body for air-purge applications
