The PaxGo series packing scales are advanced intelligent gravity net weighers designed for precise and efficient packaging of free-flowing granules, pellets, and powders. Ideal for the food, fertilizer, and chemical industries. It includes 6 models with different weighing ranges: AF-1K(50g~1kg), AF-5K(250g~5kg), AF-10K(500g~10kg), AF-25K(5~25kg), AF-50K(10~50kg) and AF-50K jumbo bag version, single or dual scale available. All the models are capable to equip with a vibrator feeder for slow feeding, which widens the packing materials’ type and ensures flow consistency and accuracy. The best accuracy of AF-1K and AF-5K can be ±2g.
The upgraded fast algorithm of PaxGo series facilitates weighing speed. 900 pcs/h for AF-50K with the weighing range from 10kg to 50kg is not a problem. The 10-inch touch screen with graphical design simplifies the operation. You can only set the target value; the self-adjust function will find the corresponding parameters to optimize the performance.
The outer case can be chosen to SS304 or carbon steel. The inner hopper is SS304 that is conform to food safety requirement so that it can be used for the granular food packing. The module design is easy for installation, dismounting and cleaning. The standard communications are RS485 and Modbus TCP/IP. It is also embedded USB that is available for exporting data and system upgrading.
