In agriculture, they efficiently transfer grains, seeds, and fertilizers while maintaining product integrity. In the chemical industry, they handle various powders and chemicals safely, minimizing contamination and exposure.
For the food industry, these systems ensure the dust-free transfer of ingredients such as flour and sugar, adhering to rigorous safety standards. These systems are designed to meet specific industry needs, offering flexibility, safety, and operational efficiency across different applications.
The system consists of a mobile platform, flexible suction hose, vacuum receiver, pump, motor, loading screw, telescopic loading chute, and dust collector. Materials vacuumed by a vacuum blower with a flexible suction hose are conveyed to the cyclone (vacuum receiver) of the system. Material inside the cyclone is then transferred by inclined screw conveyor to the top of the truck and discharged into the bulk truck through the telescopic chute. Dust emission is prevented by a dust collector which is connected to the telescopic chute. The dust collection system captures dust generated during the loading of the tanker truck. After filtering the dusty air, clean air is expelled, and the collected dust inside the filter is transferred to the screw feeder.
Material from the screw conveyor is discharged through a telescopic chute. At the beginning of truck loading, the chute lowers and stops automatically when it reaches the tanker’s inlet. A polyurethane-coated discharge cone fits the vessel inlet to prevent dust emission. The material falls freely inside the chute’s inner side. As the bulk tanker truck begins to fill, a built-in dust collector evacuates trapped air from the vessel, enhancing product flow. A level sensor at the bottom monitors the product level in the tanker truck and stops loading once the truck is full, after which the telescopic chute retracts to its top position automatically.
The system is installed on a wheeled mobile chassis, allowing it to be transported to various locations with a tow-bar, forklift, or vehicle. Its mobility ensures a wide range of applications.
System components:
- Vacuum Receiver/Cyclone
Collects material through a flexible suction hose and transfers it to the screw conveyor. - Flexible Suction Hose
Vacuums materials from any point to the screwfeeder. I, made of rubber, with an antistatic option available upon request, and includes a suction nozzle. - Screw Conveyor
Transfers material from the cyclone to the tanker loading bellow. It can be positioned horizontally for relocation and is made of carbon steel and stainless steel. Driven by an electric motor with a gearbox, its angle is adjusted by screw jacks. - Screw Jack
Controls the vertical movement of the screw conveyor and telescopic chute. When in use, the screw conveyor is lifted to a 45º angle using automatic screw jacks and lowered to a horizontal position after loading. - Telescopic Chute
Ensures safe and dust-free loading of bulk trucks. It is made of carbon steel and stainless steel driven by an electrical motor with a gearbox. - Dust Collection System
Captures dust during tanker truck loading. After filtering, clean air is expelled and collected dust is transferred to the screw feeder. - Air Compressor
Supplies the pressurized air needed for the dust collector. - Electrical Control Panel
Controls the system’s equipment, featuring both wired and wireless remote controls. - Mobile Chassis
The entire system is mounted on a wheeled chassis, allowing transportation to various locations by tow-bar, forklift, or vehicle. Made of carbon steel, it has four wheels and includes swivel jacks for stability during loading.
A Revolution in Bulk Loading
Polimak’s mobile truck loading system utilizes advanced vacuum technology to handle bulk materials with precision and ease. Ideal for industries such as food processing, chemicals, plastics, and agriculture, this system not only ensures swift and effective loading but also minimizes product spillage and contamination.
The Importance of Mobility
One of the standout features of Polimak’s system is its mobility. Installed on a wheeled mobile chassis, the system can be effortlessly transported to different locations using a tow-bar, forklift, or vehicle. This mobility offers unparalleled versatility, enabling the system to be easily positioned at various loading points and adapt to different operational needs without permanent installation. It can also be swiftly relocated and set up at new sites, reducing downtime and maximizing productivity, which is crucial for accommodating different production schedules and operational requirements.
Alternative Mobile Systems
Polimak’s mobile big bag discharge and loading systems efficiently handle the discharging of big bags and dust-free loading of bulk tanker trucks. This mobile system includes a platform with a big bag discharger, screw conveyor, telescopic chute, and dust collector, all towable by forklift or towbar for easy transportation. At the loading site, the system is positioned near the bulk truck. The screw conveyor adjusts to the appropriate height, connecting the telescopic chute to the tanker’s inlet port. Big bags are emptied using a discharging hooper or by untied spouts, then conveyed by the screw conveyor into the tanker through the telescopic chute, which automatically adjusts to fit and prevent dust emission during loading.
As a result, bulk products are delivered to Polimak’s system using big bags, a loader, or vacuumed into the cyclone with a hose. These materials are then rapidly and dust-free conveyed into bulk trucks. Polimak’s mobile bulk material transfer and loading systems, including the vacuum operation, exemplify the future of bulk solids handling by combining innovation, efficiency, and adaptability. Compact, easy to operate, and transport, these systems offer exceptional flexibility for various applications.
