L.B. Bohle Presents Innovations at Interpack

L.B. Bohle Presents Innovations at Interpack
21 Mar 2023  |

The Interpack, the leading trade fair for the packaging and pharmaceutical industry, will open its doors in Düsseldorf from May 04 to 10. L.B. Bohle Maschinen und Verfahren GmbH from Germany is already looking forward to welcoming customers and interested parties in Hall 16, Stand A72 / B71. The technology leader for machines and processes for the production of pharmaceutical tablets has a lot planned for the event. In direct exchange with customers and through in-depth analysis, L.B. Bohle has identified specific points that will make the technologically leading machines even better. In addition to improving the process, the operation and the machine equipment, L.B. Bohle is breaking new ground and wants to inspire trade show visitors with a groundbreaking design.

At Interpack, L.B. Bohle presents four world premieres to the trade public:

With the BFC tablet coater, L.B. Bohle has been the technology leader for more than a decade. With the new generation of the BFC, Bohle presents a coater that has been optimized in terms of hygienic design, ergonomics, operator safety and usability as well as technical configuration. To meet the requirements of sustainable and resource-saving production, the BFC tablet coater is also equipped with an energy monitoring system. With the QbCon® 1, L.B. Bohle offers the optimal entry-level system for continuous production. The truly continuous wet granulator and dryer for research and development guarantees an increase in product quality while at the same time increasing flexibility and operator safety. In addition, costs are saved through the reduced use of resources and development cycles are shortened through the use of process analysis.

Unlike competing systems, QbCon® 1 enables a permanent, truly continuous process without the formation of sub-batches and clogged filters. The BRC dry granulator has been electromechanically driven since its introduction in 2012. Competing systems use only resource-intensive hydraulic systems, which also have a negative impact on compressibility.
A standard WIP (Washing in Place) system ensures effective and complete cleaning. The BRC can be assembled and disassembled in less than 10 minutes with virtually no tools required. A flexible screen system allows the use of a conical or oscillating screen. Thanks to L.B. Bohle’s extensive product range, the BRC can be easily integrated into interlinked plants or continuous production systems.

New landing page

With the new landing page, L.B. Bohle informs customers and potential trade fair visitors in advance about the machines exhibited at Interpack. At www.coating-tablets.com, the Executive Director, Design and Production also provides insights into the conception and realization of the machines.
