Small and affordable
The TLC, with its dimensions of 45 x 26 x 11 mm in the board version, is the most compact and cost-effective of our analog weight transmitters.
If space is limited and/or you need to reduce costs (e.g., for mass production or smart weighing), it is the ideal solution for creating applications with multiple independent weighing systems connected to a single PLC via analog output, but which do not require special technical performance.
Versatile
The TLC adapts to any type of application and is available on request in 2 additional versions:
- IP67 ABS enclosure version for protection against water and dust;
- circular board version, even smaller and more affordable, with a diameter of only 20 mm.
In its simplicity, the TLC is equipped with all the essential features:
- analog output in current (4-20 mA) or voltage (0-10 VDC);
- connection of up to 4 load cells in parallel;
- compatible with the analog/digital boards of any PLC;
- rated output selection with mini switches, in a range between 1 mV/V and 3 mV/V;
- 12-turn potentiometer for zero and full-scale adjustment.
It is also the only one of our transmitter that features spring terminal blocks for faster and more secure wiring in case of transport after calibration and/or exposure to vibrations.
