It is within the framework of these objectives, that we present an innovative high-capacity mixer for lime and sludge treatment, which can treat up to 200 tons of sludge in a single day.
The mixer also stands out for its operational simplicity, being able to be configured in just a matter of minutes, as well as for its ease of pouring the mixture. In fact, thanks to the rotating screw, the mixture can be poured on the side of the mobile frame, on the ground, or in a garbage container.
This machine is also presented in a transportable format, capable of processing 25 tons of sludge in one hour. The mixer benefits from the experience acquired by the group of composted mixers and binds all the necessary elements together for the rapid treatment of a batch of sludge: hopper, kneading machine, extractor screw, and electrical control box.
Beyond the sludge, this mobile mixer also allows the treatment of lime in its different modalities: quicklime, slaked lime, recycled lime… including lime containing agglomerates of 100mm diameter or more.
