VRAYKOS has launched its new Weighing and Bagging Station developed specifically for dry-mix and ready-mixture applications in the Bakery and Pastry Industry.
Designed for demanding food-processing environments, the system combines high production capacity with advanced weighing accuracy. It can handle up to two 25 kg bags per minute, while maintaining a weighing deviation of just ±20 g, supporting consistent filling performance and improved product control.
The system has been engineered to provide a cleaner and more controlled bagging process, reducing product spillage and limiting dust emissions during operation. Accurate bag filling is supported by an integrated handling system that includes a belt conveyor, filled bag receiving and assisted transfer towards the semi-automatic sewing or sealing station.
Emphasis has also been placed on operator ergonomics. By reducing manual handling requirements and supporting the controlled movement of filled bags, the system contributes to a safer and more efficient working environment.
Its robust mechanical design further reduces dependency on spare parts, limits maintenance requirements and supports lower operating costs over the equipment’s lifecycle.
