LUCCA - Cleaning-In-Place (CIP) and Sterilization-In-Place systems (SIP) are an essential part of every manufacturing of pharmaceutical, chemical and food products and validation of cleaning procedures is of utmost importance.

SteriValves Rotovalve Plus is CIP and SIP. It can be easily and quickly cleaned, it improves safety for workers, it reduces downtime and production loss.

Whenever it is necessary dosing and feeding powders and granulates: feeding of hoppers, mills, tablet presses, mixers, packaging and process machine, Rotovalve Plus is the solution. Valve body and rotor in stainless Steel EN 1.4404 (AISI316L), gasket in Silicone or EPDM (other material available upon request).

SteriValves products are safe, made accurately and in compliance with national and international guidelines, technical standards and certifications. Each valve is designed, manufactured, tested and individually packed in its facilities in Lucca (Italy).
