Successful installations include mineral processing plants, mining operations, recycling facilities, food manufacturing sites, plastics plants, and many other dry material processing operations.
Magnetic Separators extract ferrous metals from a wide range of dry bulk materials. Coarse tramp metal removal from conveyed bulk materials occurs with Overband Magnets, Pulley Magnets, and Drum Magnets. The designs of magnetic separator used to remove finer ferrous metal from granular materials, as found in food processing, include high intensity Drum Magnets, Plate Magnets, and Grate Magnets. Higher-intensity magnetic separators, including Rare Earth Roll Separators, separate very fine or weakly magnetic particles from dry materials such as in mineral processing.
