GKM’s range of modular Flat Deck Screeners sifts powders and granules gently while obtaining the required particle size without material degradation—which is crucial when sieving more friable products. These modular, multi-deck screeners are designed to remove the oversize product in the top deck. The remaining material passes through the appropriate number of decks for the application, down to the bottom deck, where the very fine product is collected.
While easy to operate, clean, and maintain, these screeners are also hygienic, reliable, have a long-serving life, and are more than capable of sieving high volumes.
