Since 1966, TMSA was dedicated to the production of machines and equipment for milling and grain storage facilities. However, its product line soon included equipment for handling and preparing bulk material, as cement, minerals (coal, ashes, phosphate rocks, limestone, etc.), at the highest flows used in the Brazilian market. With a 32,000 sqm industrial plant area, built up on an 80,000 sqm area, TMSA is able to develop top quality products and services, as a result of continuous its technological upgrading and design performed by its skilled engineering team. Nowadays, after more than 4 decades of activities, TMSA always seeks for practical solutions and the specific needs of its Customers, and it is one of the most important suppliers of equipment and projects for material handling facilities on turn-key basis, all over Brazil as well as other Mercosul countries.
The Company has designed and supplied conveyors for iron ore up to 20,000 TPH capacity and several turn key project and equipment for Brazilian and off-shore port terminals. TMSA is recognized as manufacturer of high quality and high operational availability equipment, due to the quality and robustness of the designed systems. These equipment are designed for severe applications such as iron ore, manganese ore, kaolin, coal and other minerals like cement and fertilizers. The equipment manufactured by TMSA is used on open pit mines and deep underground mines.
TMSA is also increasing its participation in other market segments, like: handling and conveying, wood chips, and recently alumina and bauxite, in addition to waste or other environmental friendly alternative materials used to produce energy for industrial plants. During almost all its life time, TMSA has improved its vertical production skills, including its capacity to produce its own idlers for the most simple to the most critical applications.
