Our feeder has mismatch reading of weight to actual, calibration and tared was done.. Overfeeding and underfeeding always occurs. What should we do.. Controller was newly replaced.
It was suspected that at a certain time that the wave is leaning to the high side, our additive results increases, and when the wave is leaning to the low side, our additive results decreases. On feeder 43 alone, the weight reached 73kg even without additives.
We still do not know if the effect is linear when there is additive or exponential. And we are gathering data if this behavior is same for all feeders.
