For this latest venture, the leading bulk handling and process engineering companyundertook the design, engineering, construction and implementation of an advanced mixing system tailored to meet Kenfood’s ambitious goals and unique needs. The project includes a comprehensive suite of electromechanical solutions, such as raw material intake and screening systems, mixing unit capacity 1.000L with ATEX-compliant safety features and short mixing time 3 min, automated bagging-weighing station (Net Weighing)with 20gr accuracy at 20kg bags in 18 sec , and load-lifting system designed for more safety , dust aspiration unit. The whole equipment has designed to achieve easy cleaning and maintenance. These innovations were integrated with a custom made automation platform featuring a central industrial panel for simplified operation. The result is a highly efficient system capable of producing 7 tons of products per 8-hour shift, increasing production capacity by 25%, and minimizing human intervention, ensuring consistent product quality and reducing production times.
