4 May 2021  |
Wm. W. Meyer’s HDX Heavy-Duty, Extra-Tough Drop-Thru rotary airlock valves are designed to withstand high temperatures and pressure differentials up to 22 psi.

HDX heavy-duty valves offer the heaviest gauge rotor vane stock on the market, extra-thick endplates, flanges, and housing walls, along with outboard mounted oversized bearings that are pre-lubricated and permanently sealed to ensure low maintenance, protection from contamination, and prolonged life compared to other heavy-duty gate valves. The Meyer HDX comes in various drive options, round or square flange, NFPA 68 and 69 certified, and 14 sizes.

The Meyer HDX shaft-mount direct drive option is compact, cost-effective, and reduces maintenance by eliminating side-mounted sprockets and chains. Cast iron or stainless steel housings are standard providing maximum structural stability with optional cast materials available including; Inconel®, Hastelloy®, cast steel, or aluminum.
