ROSS Ribbon Blenders are used throughout the process industries for the efficient and effective mixing of powders, granules, pellets, grains and other bulk solids. Available in lab scale to full production models, these machines are built to handle a wide range of bulk densities and can be customized for heavy-duty and sanitary applications.

The pictured ROSS Model 42N-10 has a working capacity of 10 ft3 and is designed for free-flowing materials with bulk densities up to 100 lbs./ft3. The double ribbon agitator is powered by a 10HP TEFC motor and features a solid stainless steel type 304 shaft with heavy-duty ribbon support arms. This custom-made blender includes a bag dump/powder filling station per the end user’s preference, as well as a 6” tube vent port that attaches to a dust collection system. The base legs offer 56” of clearance for an elevated product discharge at the bottom center of the trough.
