York, Nebraska, USA April 2023 – Cyclonaire Corporation will exhibit at the International Powder & Bulk Solids Conference & Exhibition, Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, Rosemont, Illinois, April 23-25 – Booth 1613. The booth will feature pneumatic conveying solutions for various applications and industries.

The booth will display both the CycloLok® and a CycloLift®, both of which will be in operation within the booth.

The CycloLok is a gravity loaded, bottom discharged low-volume, dense phase conveyor with only one moving part. It is best suited for highly abrasive and friable materials in especially harsh environments, such as high temperature dust reclaim. Capacity is rated to 2 TPH and temperature is rated to 450 °F. This unit is simple to install and maintain and uses minimal compressed plant air. Standard solid-state controls offer reduced supervision for automated operations.

Unloading hopper bottom railcars and trucks is simplified using the Cyclonaire CycloLift. CycloLifts specifically designed connectors install easily between existing tracks to reduce time and help eliminate costly spills and cleanup. Pneumatic lifters elevate the unit as the hopper empties, maintaining a positive seal.

The CycloLift offers a square, round, or rectangular custom-designed inlet to match any application and has a manually operated pneumatic control valve for raising and lowering the connector.
