EMT offers a wide range of blending and bagging equipment.
EMT is specialized in the development and production of blending and bagging equipment. Besides their own products, EMT supplies equipment made by Doyle Manufacturing (USA). The high number of machines (400), that EMT supplied over 40 countries, shows the popularity of these machines. This is not surprising, as all machines are made according to customers’ wishes.
EMT is established in the Netherlands, with a selling and servicing network by means of representatives in other European countries. The machinery is produced for the Worldwide market at EMT’s production facilities, where the machines are being produced, assembled, including motors, weighing systems, and electrical panels. There are machinery and spare parts in stock at all times, to assure the customer of quick delivery.
EMT fully automatic weighing continuous blending system
EMT developed the Weighcont, a fully automatic weighing continuous blending system, based on weight info, which can be supplied with an unlimited number of hoppers. This unit can reach a capacity of 20 to 250 tons per hour. The Weighcont Industrial and Volcont are also blending machine types.
EMT can offer the following Doyle products: the Shamrock, the Vertical, the Smithbuilt, the Kraus, and the Tyler Blender lines.
EMT Bagging Equipment
Besides blending units, EMT also offers a wide range of bagging equipment. To handle 50 kg bags, EMT developed single and double units such as Double Unit, Double Unit Portable, Environmental, Compact, Gross Nett, Roll Form Fill, Single and Small/Big Twin Combi (with a capacity between 15 and 40 t/h).
For big bags, EMT supplies the Basic, the Economic, the Low Profile Portable, the Junior, the Junbasic, the High Speed (up to 240 FIBCs per hour), the High-Speed Twin, and the Combi. The latest development in the field of bagging equipment is the Portable Container Big Bag Unit and the Triple Portable Container unit.
To make the blending and bagging plant complete, EMT offers conveyor-belts and elevators. All equipment is built modular and is deliverable from stock. The machinery is installed and adjusted by EMT’s own mechanics. The weighing systems are manufactured in Europe and are delivered according to European directives for weight and measures.
Also, a computer-software program, Optiblend, has been developed to precisely calculate the requested analysis. At this moment, this software program is available in different languages to calculate a suitable blending.
All machinery meets the CE-requirements which applies to all European Union – and EVA countries.
