The sensor is simple to set up. It connects to power using an M12 connector. The MCP-200 sensor is configured on an app downloaded from the App Store or Google Play using wireless Bluetooth on your phone or use a USB cable connected to a PC. Once connected, an IO-Link sends digital data to a PLC, control room, or HMI. See more in the MCP-200 manual.

LED status indicator
Know the status of the vessel when the color changes on the sensor.
The bright light is visible from a distance. There is no need to constantly check each vessel on the plant floor.
The color of the display can be changed from the default color to those of your preference.
Fool-proof functionality
When materials rises and covers the probe, the capacitance changes. It changes again when the probe is uncovered. The electronics relay data that a switch has occurred. It ignores buildup to prevent false alerts.
