Wm. W. Meyer adds 14" and 16" Sanitary to its American Made 6"-12" Valves

24 Aug 2021  |
USDA approved Meyer 6" to 12" Klean-In-Place II® line of Rotary Airlock Feeder valves are the only American-made USDA approved valves.

Meyer has added two new, bigger sizes to their USDA Sanitary offering; the 14″ KIP II with 1.49 CFR and the 16″ KIP II with 2.36 CFR.  This special-purpose valve is suited for pet food, baking, chemical, paint, and powder coating applications.

Meyer’s re-designed two slide bars offer stability using linear bearings and provide maximum support of the rotor while it’s pulled out so the valve can be thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and inspected quickly and easily. This feature makes the Klean-In-Place II® ideal when frequent cleaning and sanitary service is required to prevent product contamination. The unique design of the Klean-In-Place II® also incorporates a self-aligning drive design that eliminates complicated drive handles and an optional drive side removal. Meyer Klean-In-Place II® valves are available with round flanges and standard airlock options, some available for immediate delivery.
