B.L. Bag Line has always been a leader in the Form, Fill and Seal sector. Since 1980 the Company manufactures automatic packaging machines that bag all types of products with innovative solutions. As a result – during the last 30 years – the Company has constantly grown. Always first in its field, B.L. Bag Line produced the first Italian “Form, Fill and Seal” and the first scale that could really handle more than 2400 bags per hour.
B.L. Bag Line offers complete technical solutions for the packaging of solid materials, liquids and powders into industrial bags by incorporating BL manufactured FFS baggers which use various types of roll stock film. BL FFS baggers perform two seals when using tubular roll stock film and perform either 3 or 4 seals when using flat roll stock film. B.L. Bag Line FFS baggers use roll stock made of polyethylene, polypropylene, flat film and laminated:
